Nelson City Market Day is a three-day event. Booth fees are to be paid in advance and are not refundable. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Setup begins after 8 a.m.
   Electricity is available to a limited number of locations, so please indicate in advance. Outside booths will need to provide a canopy or appropriate covering and must be weighed down or secured.
   Booth space will be reserved upon receipt of payment. Payments need to make to Nelson City by money order or cashier's check. Do not send cash by mail. Booth reservation will be confirmed by enclosing a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
   Vendor vehicles must be moved to a parking location after unloading/loading. Vendor or vendor's represenatative is to remain in his/her booth during open hours as a courtesy to customers and other vendors. Vendor is responsible for clean up of their area during and after each day.
   Vendor assumes all risk of loss and/or damage on site or in connection with transportation, display, storage, and sale of merchandise at Nelson City. Vendors have the responsiblity to collect and report sales tax.
   Public restroom facilities are available for vendors and customers.

   Nelson City is not responsible for the actions of vendors or their helpers.
   Nelson City Dance Hall & Party Ranch assumes no liability for vendors, merchandise, equipment that is lost or damaged. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring Nelson City General from any liability.
