Things to know:
• No helium balloons.   • Signed contracts are final.
• No birdseed inside the hall.   • Two officers from Kendall County for four hours minimum are required with approved security.
• No sparklers inside the hall.   • The hall is available from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m.
• Deposits and payments are non-refundable.   • We are NOT responsible for the decorations in any way.
• Final payment must be cashier’s check or money order.   • No outside beverages are permitted. That includes the band and caterers.
• No minors are permitted to consume alcohol on the premises, regardless if parent/guardian are present.   • If we are not hired to provide music, we will charge if we play for more than 30 minutes.
• There may be pictures taken at your event. We reserve the right to use them at our discretion.   • We are not responsible for personal property regardless of location (i.e. parking lot, bathroom, etc.)
